On Boxing Day around lunch time - after a quick shopping trip or 3, we gathered at Greg's Grandma and Grandpa Diederichs place for Christmas lunch. We had to make a pit stop at the mall after leaving my sisters on our way here because Penelope spilled my Starbucks all over her so I had to go buy her a shirt to match the bottoms she was wearing. And refill my starbucks. Thankfully The Children's Place was having a sale and I could find something quick and cheap.
The girls being spoiled by Grandma Gail and their Aunts + Cousins. They loved all of the attention!
Getting ready for Christmas lunch. Grandma Erna is one of the BEST cooks in the whole world. Everything she does is delicious. She made a quinoa salad that was amazing. She gave me the recipe so I can't wait to try it and share with you guysQ

Time for desserts. I love the nanaimo bars, Finley loved the spritz cookies and Greg and Penelope loved the poppy seed rolls.

It was fantastic to catch up with everybody but we sure did miss Uncle Brian + Aunty Denise and their family since they didn't make it out this year! Hope you see you soon!!
