A few weeks ago I walked over to our mailbox and found a package from one of my good friends Jenn. Jenn is probably one of the nicest people that I have had the privilege knowing in my lifetime. She is the kind of person that is always there for you no matter what and is always looking out for everyone. She is full of helpful advice, encouragement, inspriation and kindness. She is a great mom, wife, and friend. She lives in Red Deer and I don't seem to get to see her as often as I would am happy for the times we do get to hang out together.
So back to the package. I was so excited to see it once I opened it. It was a vintage postcard calendar journal. The EXACT same one I pinned on pinterest!! It is absolutely fantastic. I can't wait to look back on it in 10 years to see if I am still as lame as I was then....hahahahha Just kidding. But in all seriousness, what a wonderful gift that keeps on giving. So there you have it - one of the best and most unexpected gifts I have ever received. Thank you from the bottom of your heart Jen for the wonderful gift and the letter that came with it but most of all for just being you and allowing me to call you my friend.
