I finally bought a mini muffin tin today. The one that had 24 portions was on sale for $9.99 which was a steal considering the prices I have been seeing for them. I was very happy.
I came home and tried Mini Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins which is from Little Girl Big Appetite 's website which is just fabulous for recipes. I came across this site thanks to Misty who made these muffins for her son Max.
They turned out great and I actually split the recipe and did half with chocolate chips and half with butterscotch chips. I love how mini they are because Finley loves her muffins and they are pretty good for her.
If I ever get around to it, I will blog my killer pumpkin muffins from the Crabby Cook because they just simply need to be shared. Healthy, tasty muffins at their finest!
The only thing I changed from the recipe was that I used vanilla yogurt as that was all we had.
Finley loves them of course and they are definitely a make again. Thank you Misty for sharing this recipe with us!
I am very excited to try making these muffins tonight after I stop at Cdn Tire for the muffin tin. $9.99 is a steal of a deal!!!
