The other day while Penelope was napping, Finley and I had Tickle Time. This basically means I really tickle her and she does her version of tickle which is really just her saying tickle tickle and scrunching up her hands. She really doesn't know how to yet. I must say it was very difficult trying to tickle her and take pictures at the same time....
