Meet AndyFantuz

For Finley's 2nd birthday, her Aunty Kristy bought her a male betta fish as part of her present.  We went to the pet store + Finley picked out a fish to call her own.

Finley was pretty excited to have her fish + couldn't wait to get home + put everything together!

Finley loved dumping in the rocks + was only slightly annoyed when some got on our floor

Aunty Kristy putting in a tree that we soon took out.  It was ugly + wasn't sticking properly anyways

Grandma Toot helped out + put the new member of our family into his new little home

She was pretty excited about the fish until she spilled water on herself.  With exception to bath time + in a pool, Finley hates being wet so needless to say this was not a happy time......

And to make matters worse, she was further annoyed by the added fact that the lid had to stay down + she wasn't able  to carry her fish around.  She tried again after nap time but now I think she is ok with it...for now.

And here he is, the newest member of our family: Mr. AndyFantuz!!  Yes AndyFantuz is all one word!!  We HEART Andy!!

PS I fully intend to find AndyFantuz floating on the floor of my kitchen or in Finley's hands when I go downstairs one morning....haha
